Plain Jane Fitness offers fitness workshops for ACE, AFAA, and AAAI/ISMA Continuing
Education Credits (CECs).  Our workshops are designed to educate and inspire fitness
instructors and personal trainers of every level and experience.  Established in 1999
by Karen Smith and Jennifer Miller, Plain Jane Fitness has presented hundreds of
workshops to thousands of instructors in the Southeastern states.  With over 25 years
of teaching experience between them, Karen and Jennifer are leading a new
generation of fitness instructors into the profession of teaching group exercise,
sharing the wisdom of their experience and offering courses in topics that are on the
cutting edge of the fitness industry.  Whether you have been teaching for 10 years or
